章子怡7亿元陪睡案确实和解了

哈哈，先别怪我8卦啊。刚才在凤凰网想看嫦娥三的新闻，结果看到章子怡陪睡案达成和解，而章子怡否定，称美国法院将作出判决。我不禁好奇了查了一下案卷。

- 以我对章子怡性格的看法，她不会一点都抓不到就和解了。目的可能还是要在香港和国内做一些文章。因为，在国内她的名誉受损程度远超过国外。国外她粉丝再多，也不及中国网民、观众、读者的零头，所以，看看她下一步如何处置这个问题。我认为，如果美华的那个媒体如果通过和解承认了事实方面的不符，愿意道歉，或以一定金额赔偿的话，国内通过法院甚至可以通过公安机关立案，在中国才不管《美国宪法第一修正案》，目前的趋势就是在打击和严惩网络造谣，所以，我认为她要出这口气在美国不是那么简单至少官司要有几年，而等官司结束，她在国内的名誉损失早无法挽回了。所以我觉得她一定不想美国这边陪多少罚多少的事，打不打赢也许律师都会给出一个结论，她耗不起。我要是章子怡，就跟美华媒体耗着，打下去，打到出结果为止，反正名声也被弄脏了，怕什么。可是人家毕竟是国际章，几天不出头，损失的可是上百万、上千万，也许是上亿。

- 国内网站、门户、大报、小报转载或者报道这个事的不在少数，而这些笨蛋都不懂得审核消息来源，偏听偏信。章子怡肯定罗列了一堆这样的媒体名单，无非就是要打一巴掌过去，自从泼墨门，她的国际章的地位在国内不比从前，所以我估计她虚晃一枪，打的是真正的兔子。这就是“搂草打兔子”。
