Personality:
For a dog that grew up on the street she is very sweet and affectionate, kind of like Soro but in a gentler way. Because she is only a puppy she has that puppy rambunctiousness but definitely not as crazy as I've seen it in most puppies. She is so quick to learn and really wants to please people. I taught her "Paw" and "Say Hi" without any treats at all. Because my boss doesn't really train her dogs, Penelope has picked up some bad manners like putting her paws onto counters and not having any boundaries, but it would be so easy to train her how to behave properly. You know I would not usually recommend dogs haphazardly to people because I know as well as anyone how much work it is! But I have been telling everyone about this one because I've never met a dog that would be as easy and flexible for many different lifestyles.

The best part is if you want this dog I will train her for you and hand deliver her to you over Christmas break!
