margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 日本突然出现这种天气，让很多人误以为是中国造成的。而这种误解主要是日本媒体没有根据的渲染报道。朝日电视台10日报道了中国黄沙飞来的专题，并请专家分析来自中国黄沙的危害。共同社称，中国不仅被黄沙笼罩，随之而来的PM10微粒子已经超过世界保健机构规定标准的35倍。《读卖新闻》当天也称，"在九州到甲信地区广阔范围内观测到了从中国大陆乘着西风飞来的黄沙。日本环境省也认为伴随着黄沙pm2.5微粒也可能随之飞来。但是，日本气象厅随即发出通告澄清，称这是因为寒冷气温造成风把地上的尘土卷起而形成的扬尘，并没有观测到来自中国的黄沙。</p><p style="border: 0px;
