margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; "><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> 吕新华表示，钓鱼岛事件完全是日本一手造成的。“购岛”闹剧是日本右翼势力蓄意挑起的，日本政府对侵犯中国领土主权、破坏中日关系的行径不仅不加以制止，反而亲自出面“购岛”。钓鱼岛是中国固有领土，日本没有权力拿中国的领土进行任何形式的买卖，钓鱼岛上的一草一木、一块石头、一寸土地都不应交易，不管日本以什么样的形式“购岛”，都是对我国领土主权的严重侵犯。</span></p><p style="border: 0px; margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; "><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> 吕新华说：“如果日方在钓鱼岛问题上坚持错误的做法，甚至出动自卫队的舰艇飞机，对中方的舰机正常巡航执法进行干扰，造成擦枪走火这样的事实，日本必须承担一切后果。”中国“不会主动惹事，但也不怕事”，中国愿意同包括日本在内的所有国家友好相处，但是我们是有原则的，有底线的，在涉及国家领土主权的问题上我们绝不会退让。</span></p><p style="border: 0px; margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; "><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> 吕新华说：“作为一名北京的市民，我的心情跟在座的各位，还有所有的北京市民都一样，希望每天都能呼吸到新鲜空气，能看到蓝天白云。”吕新华说，我国正处在工业化、城镇化快速发展的过程中，能源消耗大，能源的结构也不合理，有一些企业环保意识差。尽管环保部门做了很多工作，但监管不够有力。机动车保有量在不断增加，“今天我听到一个消息，污染天气有50%以上是由机动车烧油造成的。”</span></p><p style="border: 0px; margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; "><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> 吕新华表示，国家质检总局数字显示，我国内地的奶粉99%是符合质量标准的。现在的问题是，群众对奶粉符合质量标准的信心不足，所以才造成香港奶粉很多都被内地的水货客买走了等这样的情况。相信特区政府、广东政府、海关已采取相关措施，这些问题可逐步解决。</span></p><p style="border: 0px; margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; "><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> 对于内地游客在带动香港经济增长的同时，也对港人正常生活造成一定影响的问题，吕新华表示，2008年金融危机以后，香港遭受一些困难，期望内地同胞赴港旅游，增加旅游收入。后来内地实施了自由行，但由于部分香港旅游设施中存在的问题，很多游客也在赴港过程当中发生了一系列的问题，内地很多游客也有抱怨。</span></p><p style="border: 0px; margin-top: 24px; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; padding-left: 3px; "><span style="background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"> “香港旅发局主席田北俊先生说，旅客不能减，欢迎内地同胞继续去香港。实际上香港对有些不法旅行社的查处也是蛮厉害的。我想，这些差异、这些不同意见我们不必过于放大。在今后两地的实际交流当中是可以克服的。”吕新华说。</span></p><p></p>
