text-indent: 2em;">2012年11月6日，云南省昆明市中级人民法院对糯康等被告人故意杀人、运输毒品、绑架、劫持船只案进行一审公开宣判，以故意杀人罪、运输毒品罪、绑架罪、劫持船只罪数罪并罚，判处被告人糯康、桑康·乍萨、依莱死刑;以故意杀人罪、绑架罪、劫持船只罪数罪并罚，判处被告人扎西卡死刑;以故意杀人罪、绑架罪、劫持船只罪数罪并罚，判处被告人扎波死刑，缓期两年执行;以劫持船只罪判处被告人扎拖波有期徒刑八年;同时判决六被告人连带赔偿各附带民事诉讼原告人共计人民币六百万元。宣判后，各被告人均当庭表示上诉。12月26日，云南省高级人民法院进行了二审宣判，裁定驳回上诉、维持原判，并根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》的规定，对糯康、桑康·乍萨、依莱、扎西卡的死刑裁定，依法报请了中华人民共和国最高人民法院核准。<p style="margin: 0px;
