line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">在现场，记者看到，这家商行位于省道旁边，里面摆放着床、沙发、座椅等家具，外表上看不出任何疑点。而就在里面堆积如山的床垫和箱子后面，却有一个十分隐蔽仅可容一人进出的小巷道，一个经过改装的假币印刷间藏在巷道尽头。印刷间面积约四五十平方米，房顶和墙上被包上了隔音的泡沫，架子上堆放着的是成摞的已经印制完背面的百元假币，经清点约有7700万元。据现场民警鉴定，这批假币的成色和印刷工艺都比较高。现场还发现一台印刷机、切纸机和晒版机，以及半吨多印上了假人民币开窗线的“烫金纸”。狡猾的犯罪分子用加工家具的油漆味掩盖住了印制假币的油墨味，使得外人难以察觉任何异常。据了解，再用不到一周的时间，这些假币就能全部印完。经仔细搜查，民警在晒版机下面找到了一整套印制假币的胶片。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">在汕头主要犯罪嫌疑人彭某家，民警将他从床底下搜出。在其家中搜出的物证中，记者看到了晒版机、假币印制油墨、冠字号的小张胶片等制假设备和材料。面对如山铁证，彭某低声承认，自己就是假币胶片版源的制造者和提供者。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">“803”系列专案要回溯到2012年3月份，广东警方发现犯罪嫌疑人朱某在广州、揭阳等地活动，存在贩卖假币的犯罪行为。随着侦查的深入，一个庞大的地下假币犯罪网络逐渐浮出水面。于是，2012年8月3日，广东省公安厅专门召集广州、汕头、汕尾、揭阳等地经侦负责人召开会议，成立了以副厅长何广平为组长的“803”专案组，目标直指假币胶片版源。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">2012年9月，警方发现沉寂一段时间的朱某有转移大宗假币的迹象，于是一举将其抓获，并捣毁了两个印制和储存假币的窝点，缴获假币4000多万元。但是，谁是胶片的提供者仍迷雾重重。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">就在侦破一度陷入困境的时候，曙光乍现。2012年11月，曾是朱某某马仔的詹某和贵州方面有500万元的假币交易。警方发现，他的上线郑某从9月份就开始频繁活动，并且有销售假币的行为，警方综合多方面因素判断他就是印制假币的窝点老板，专案组民警难掩兴奋。12月17日，警方果断出击，捣毁了郑某的印制窝点，缴获假币7950万元。经过讯问和多方面分析，迷雾终于拨开，胶片版源直指彭某。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">功夫不负有心人。今年1月6日，警方终于得到犯罪分子准备交易假币胶片线报。卓某已去过彭某的家里，民警判断卓某很可能已经拿到胶片，即将开始印刷。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">收网时机来了！<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">1月9日，广东省公安厅给揭阳、汕尾两地发出通知，要求迅速摸到假币印制窝点。经过揭阳警方仔细排查、乔装跟踪，终于找到了这个隐蔽的假币印制窝点。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;"><strong>伪造粮票可以假乱真</strong><p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">主要犯罪嫌疑人彭某是汕头小有名气的画工。据警方透露，早在很多年前，他伪造的粮票就可以乱真，并有过伪造10元面额人民币的前科。他的家是一座3层高的别墅，记者在其家中看到，墙上挂着的一些人像、书画，画工细腻、技艺不俗。尤其是房屋门框上的图案雕琢精致，古色古香。而这些都出自彭某之手。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">早在2009年，彭某就进入警方的视野，从各地破获的多起案件信息中都模糊地指向这个身材瘦削、颧骨突出、眼窝深陷的老者。但由于他老谋深算，屡屡施展反侦查手段，直到这次行动才最终落网。<p style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 29px; font-size: 16px; line-height: 28px; text-indent: 2em;">人称“阿佬”的卓某是这个窝点的组织者和幕后大老板，负责人员召集、胶片购买。这个狡猾的老狐狸先是跑到汕头找到了彭某，然后又跑到揭阳设立了印刷点，和警方兜了一个大圈子。据警方透露，卓某的儿子在2009年的时候就曾因为买卖假币被判刑。即便如此，也没有让卓某痛改前非、悬崖勒马。在抓捕的当天晚上，他一反常态，到附近的庙里拜了半天佛，凌晨两三点才回到家中。<p style="margin: 0px;
